The client met us through some word of mouth reference. Being builder’s and having been in construction industry for decades they definetely wanted to see our previous projects before appointing us for their dream home.
The family consisted of two son’s (to be married in next 4 years) and the couple themselves. Architectural planning was done to be met with future requirement of having one floor to each son .Ground floor accomdates entrance lobby ,puja ,master bedroom with its dressing room and toilets ,powder room , living , dining and common kitchen for all family members .First floor has family room ,home thatre and yonger sons room along with two guest rooms.
Second floor has elder son’s bedroom room,gymnasium ,living and a huge landscaped terrace.Basement has parking for six cars along with servants rooms and worker’s toilets.
Vaastu compliance was must .The client was happy with the way their new home was designed and handled with personal involvment in each detail by us hence and our partnership with them continues as their preferred architect for most the projects they do as builders.
