Shwetha & Babu Vaddanal Residence

The client’s requirement was to have a lavish, sustainable and  contemporary five bedroom residence along with Home theatre, family, home gymnasium, formal and informal living etc., lots of open space to north east part of land for growing up children to play. Site is about half an acre and located in the most upcoming locality of Shimoga. As architects lot of importance was given to the scientific aspects of Vaastu at the design stage. Consideration was given to have view of landscaped areas all common areas. The spaces designed are luxurious in terms of volume and finishes without compromising on warmth of a home. Special attention was given to fenestrations to optimise the inside temperature of house.
